TechSoft International Drives Customer Satisfaction with Appointment of Integration Architect and Project Manager
Johannesburg, South Africa, 18 May 2022: TechSoft International, the exclusive African territory partner of TIBCO Software, the global leader for integration and analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Morné de Villiers in the capacity of Integration Architect and Project Manager within its Professional Services Group (PSG).
“We are delighted to welcome Morné to the team. His keen understanding of the business process, business process integration, and system integration is an invaluable asset to helping our customers achieve the most from their environment,” says Rajen Nagar, Head of Professional Services Group, TechSoft International. “Integration is a critical part of the data puzzle, as, without systems integration, there is no single version of your data, and there is subsequently no data intelligence.”
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, de Villiers joins the team from global location intelligence company HERE Technologies. He was responsible for designing IoT solutions and oversight of business development. He also served a ten-year tenure at BCX, where he held several positions, the most recent of which was Head of IoT and Digital Platform Delivery. An integration specialist with extensive technical knowledge spanning numerous leading vendor systems, he is passionate about marrying technology to business processes and ensuring system integration between myriad technologies.
De Villiers will perform a dual role at TechSoft, firstly as an Integration Architect within the Professional Services Group, offering integration consulting to customers and leading integration architecture on customer projects. Secondly, in addition to architecture, he will manage the implementation of large and strategic projects for TechSoft clients.
“The TIBCO solutions we as TechSoft bring to market excite me as they sit at the very edge of data innovation. I am looking forward to immersing myself in client projects, helping them integrate their systems, and ultimately helping them refine their data to the point where it becomes business insights. Raw data by itself doesn’t mean anything; you have to apply the appropriate data analytics models and methods to ensure relevant correlations are drawn and then visually display it so that it is easy for its intended audience to understand. This is exactly what we can deliver through TIBCO,” says de Villiers.
