If you are between 18 – 70 years old, have time on your hands and are interested in marine conservation perhaps you would like to join the uShaka Sea World Education team’s group of dedicated education volunteers.
To find out more about what it takes to become a volunteer uShaka will be hosting presentations , were you will be afforded the opportunity to view the type of work undertaken by the education volunteers, and learn about the on-site training available and meet the staff.
This will be the ideal platform to ask questions and decide whether contributing to marine conservation by volunteering in the education department, is something for you.
You do not need any prior qualifications to join the team as full training will be provided – all we require is that you have a passion for the environment combined with a love of teaching and sharing.
To find out more, uShaka will be holding 2 presentations that will be held in the uShaka Sea World Education Centre on Thursday, January 30th and again on Tuesday, February 4th, both start promptly at 10h00.
