[full]Victoria Beckham sneaked into South Africa almost unnoticed to do charity work, City Press reported.
The former British singer, known as Posh Spice, was spotted in dark slacks and a crisp white shirt at Cape Town’s five-star Mount Nelson Hotel on Sunday afternoon.
Beckham said online that her Cape Town visit had been “inspiring”, adding that she spent time with children affiliated to Andrea Kerzner’s Hout Bay-based charity, Lalela Project, and at the Desmond Tutu Foundation.
“Inspiring day in Cape Town, at The Tutu Tester, where I spent time with children of @lalelaproject. x vb,” Beckham tweeted.
She also had a meeting with Born Free Africa, which aims to end the transmission of HIV from mothers to their children.
It was unclear whether her hubby, David Beckham, is in Cape Town too. He visited South Africa for the 2010 Fifa World Cup.[/full]
