Grammy award-winning artist and songwriter VORY unleashed his new single “Daylight” feat YE (formerly known as Kanye West), which is currently available to stream on all platforms HERE via Dream Chasers Records/Universal Music Group. “Daylight” marks the second release off VORY’s upcoming album, Lost Souls, which comes out this Friday, June 3. With the new song, VORY and YE serenade listeners and deliver soulful lyricism over an organ-packed beat produced by Ojivolta, Ye, with co-production by 88-Keys and Evan Mast.

The new song is the latest in a series of dynamic collaborations between the Kentucky crooner and YE, who previously teamed up together for “Jonah“, “God Breathed” and “No Child Left
Behind
” off YE’s Grammy-nominated album, Donda, in 2021. Earlier this year, the duo collaborated yet again for the soulful “Lord Lift Me Up” release off Donda 2. Prior to delivering the new collaboration, VORY released “Do Not Disturb (feat. Yung Bleu and NAV),” in mid-May. Heading into Memorial Day Weekend, he followed up the announcement by unveiling the long-awaited album cover for Lost Souls on his Instagram.

In recent years, VORY has ascended to prominence under the guidance of Meek Mill and Dream Chasers, who helped amplify his unique blend of hip-hop and R&B and establish himself as one of 2022’s rising artists. VORY has managed to deliver on both the Philadelphia hip-hop artist’s album and EP with songs like “Tweaking,” “Middle Of It” and “Think It’s A Game“. Most recently, VORY shined on Fivio Foreign’s newly-released album with his contributions to “Changed On Me,”alongside Polo G. Beyond his own music, VORY has been respected for his unparalleled songwriting skills, helping pen lyrics for the likes of JAY-Z & Beyonce (“Friends”), Drake (“Mob Ties”), Bryson Tiller (“Don’t”) and more.
