“The song was a happy accident,” says Solomon. “So it felt right to capture that same spontaneity in the visual. We didn’t overthink it—it’s just me, the music, and a whole lot of attitude.”
Since its release, STUPID has made waves for its punchy guitar riffs, catchy hooks, and tongue-in-cheek lyrics—offering a confident, carefree contrast to Solomon’s previous ballads like Typical You. The Plettenberg Bay-born artist channels early Miley Cyrus and Olivia Rodrigo while keeping her signature flair front and center.
