What a beautiful night!

Attending the Ciroc Vodka party in Sandton, Johannesburg last night is a memory worth cherishing.

The sweet marriage between Fashion and the world of entertainment was on full display on the redcarpet as local celebrities posed for flashing cameras and gracefully endured endless streams of questions from probing Journalists.

The likes of Aka, Da-les, Gigi Lamayne, Ayanda Nhlapo, Sbu Shongwe, Refilwe & Candice Modiselle, Jason Goliath, Kim Jayde,Gert Johan Coetzee (to name a few) all shared valuable fashion tips with Jozi Gist.

“The key to making looks work is having clothes that fit well.Anything too oversized, too short or too tight seldom looks good” advised Ayanda Nhlapo.

Rapper Da-Les clearly harbored a contrary view about fashion, showing up in an oversized camouflage print by Escada

“I believe style is suppose to be unpredictable.I honestly just wanted to wear a pair of shorts tonight but I did not get the full backing of my management,” The North God hilariously revealed.

Standing beside the All White party host was his long term associate kiernan Forbes also known as Aka who shared his insight on the future of fashion in South Africa

“The future of fashion is in the streets, thats where all the ideas come from. The next wave of fashion is always coming from the young generation. It is important to pay attention to what they are doing,”
Suggested the fela in Versace word smith.

After the red carpet interviews, stars and media crews alike proceeded to the 5th floor of the venue where ‘dancing shoes’ came highly recommended.Endless streams of smiles, laughter and hugs filtered through the balcony overlooking the breathtaking night sky line as waitresses offered Vodka and delicious finger foods.

What a beautiful night that was……… #CRUZsafw
