Ahead of one of the biggest fights in boxing history, Adelani Ogunrinade briefly discussed why Floyd Mayweather is likely to beat Manny Pacquiao.

Finally the time is here!

The ‘Fight of the Century’ is just one day away and the excitement is kicking in.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, all eyes will be on the ring of the MGM Grand. As the bright lights of Vegas are shone on the two kings of the welterweight division, gamblers around the world will not cease to pray in their hearts.

Floyd Mayweather’s record of 47fight’s and no losses suggests that betting on the American is not a bad idea.
The Filipino on the other hand has tasted defeat on five occasions in his 64-fight career.

It will be interesting to see how the experiences they have both gained over the years will influence their performances.

Perhaps these records indicate that Mayweather is slightly stronger than Manny mentally.

Physically, Floyd is the bigger of the two boxers. However, in a fight of this magnitude size and Floyd’s longer reach will not settle this explosive confrontation.

The showpiece will be settled based on who has the ability to exploit weaknesses more and who has the tougher mind.

The undoubted pedigree and the superb technic of both boxers is well documented. To me, Floyd just seems to be more calculative than “Pacman.”

My Money is as a result on Floyd Mayweather.

Who will yours be on?
