Mother of the Nation, Winnie Madikizela-Mandela is to undergo surgery again, her daughter Zindzi Mandela wrote on social networking site Twitter .
Zindzi Mandela took to twitter to wish Winnie Mandela quick recovery and good luck with surgery, although the nature of her sickness was undisclosed by Zindzi.
“Wishing my mother a speedy recovery and good luck with the surgery. Love always,” Zindzi Mandela tweeted.
It was not clear what surgery Madikizela-Mandela was undergoing because Winnie Mandela had had quite a number of surgery.
In November 2011, Madikizela-Mandela was admitted to Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg and treated for an existing diabetes condition.
In September that same year, she was admitted at the Life Brenthurst Clinic in Parktown for minor surgery to her ankle.
In June 2012, Madikizela-Mandela was admitted to hospital and underwent surgery after falling and breaking her right wrist.
